Challenge

Maison Du Beau approached LGO in 2018 when the company was in a two-year loss of revenue. LGO has helped break record profit and sales years from a digital transformation. We performed a site rebuild along with a branding/SEO campaign and within 6 months, we increased the leads and sales.

Solution

LGO performed large market and competitor analyses, which determined our strategy then we built a new platform and began to optimize the site with SEO for 6 months. We increased leads by 500%, along with tripling the store sales and walk-ins.

The store has increased traffic by 643% Increased leads by 725% Increased sales by 250% The Result here is that this store has gone from a loss to being a tremendously profitable company thanks to the proper digital marketing strategy.

Challenge

Desmeules Chrysler has worked with LGO since 2019 and was losing traffic and leads to the local competition for many years and we needed to implement all lead generation and lead management programs along with a custom digital marketing/SEO strategy.

Solution

We redesigned and launched a new automotive web platform along with the setup of each marketing channel. Website, CRM, Google Ads, SEO & Local SEO, along with a custom Attribution model to add transparency for productive efforts and media sources.

Result

After 3 years, we are proud to mention that leads went from 450 p/m up to an average of 2500 per month. The website conversion rates went from 0.7 to a whopping 4.5% average, which took an average of 40 vehicles sold per month to average. 180 cars sold per month
