Our web design firm has two very simple goals; to optimize every user‘s experience and hand-craft measurable impact for all our clients through highly interactive user interface design and solid, future-ready website development.

Founded in 2003 we started out as a multi-disciplinary graphic design studio offering professional graphic design in all areas. In short order, we focused our creative business primarily on website design and development and branding services as most other design modalities such as annual reports, brochures, ads, event graphics and other marketing collateral all fell into place within a larger scale web design or branding exercise. Today, more than 20 years later, this still holds true as we enjoy offering the full spectrum of our creative design experience to our clients largely as part of a whole-scale brand refresh or website design project.

Since 2003, our creative team has hand-crafted custom web design and development focused on custom WordPress solutions for brands across North America, Europe and Australia. Our unique experience and longevity in the web design industry have allowed us to gain exceptional knowledge and insight into the nuances of search engine optimization as well. Experience that we now weave into each and every web design and development project from start to finish. Challenge

Optimus SBR partnered with our agency to revitalize their struggling brand identity and revamp their digital presence to appeal to an enterprise-level clientele.

Solution

Starting with a digital brand refresh to bring consistency to the application of the identity and modernization, our creative team breathed new life into the Optimus SBR identity. Following with a highly flexible enterprise-level website featuring engaging UI animations and improved user journey, we launched the new identity with confidence.

Result

Within weeks of deployment organic search engine positions showed significant improvements as well as user engagement metrics and a steady increase in website conversion rates.

Challenge

Our work with The Juno Awards has been ongoing for more than 5 years. Initially, we were challenged to modernize the awards website featuring more than 50 years worth of data and build a highly engaging website interface around it. The general website theme had to be flexible enough to adapt to the art direction of the televised award show each spring.

Solution

Our solution entailed a custom WordPress website built around the existing database to increase user engagement and bring more contemporary website management tools to the marketing team. The archival search and artist features throughout the site were carefully crafter to make the day-to-day management of the site a breeze for the marketing team throughout the awards season.

Result

Year over year, we have adapted the website interface to celebrate the current awards theme and location and celebrate music artists. In conjunction with the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, and the Fan Voting site, we support the JUNO Awards throughout the awards season every spring.

Challenge

Aecon launched a Green Energy Solutions division in 2024 that targeted the residential application of renewable green energy solutions tailored for the average home owner. Our agency's role was to assist in the brand extension and develop a modern website that would appeal to the general public as Aecon's brand image as always been deeply rooted in the larger corporate construction world.

Solution

Our creative web design and development team crafted a beautiful website that stayed true to the well-recognized Aecon brand but spoke to the average homeowner across Canada. The website features several easy-to-use hand-holding features to guide the user through deciding what type of green energy is right for them and how to apply it with a multi-stage, smart questionnaire.

Result

The launch of the sub-brand and website was a massive success within a month of launch. Across Canada, Aecon GES became a household name in bringing green energy solutions to the general public. The website continues to drive significant leads through a variety of channels.
